- Preparing a merchandising plan for small shops and out parcels for each project
- Evaluating the market for proforma rents
- Assisting in the development of proforma rents/sales on each project
- Attending ICSC trade shows
- Preparing and negotiating Letters of Intent
- Consulting with Tenants and Legal regarding lease terms
- Repositioning of existing properties
- Preparing monthly leasing reports
