Dianne is a native of Texas. She has over twenty-five years of commercial real estate leasing, sales and marketing experience with an excellent record for high profit performance. During her career, she has managed retail real estate projects in all phases from site analysis and feasibility studies, design development, strategic tenant mix, sales and leasing, and marketing through grand opening preparations. Her keen understanding of the industry was enhanced further by the experience gained as a successful retailer herself. Dianne is a licensed real estate broker with an in-depth knowledge of the shopping center industry. |
